Wrought iron is an iron alloy containing a minute amount of carbon about 0.08%	Cast iron is an iron alloy containing 2-4% of Carbon.
It is created during charcoal firing.	It is created when pig iron is heated due to which some amount of carbon is eliminated from it.
Wrought iron is utilized to make pipes due to its superior corrosion and fatigue resistance, as well as its superior welding and threading properties. It is used to make bars for stay bolts, engine bolts, and rivets, among other things, because the attributes required in these applications are corrosion and fatigue resistance.	Cast iron is commonly used to make things used for heating, such as pots, pans, and various utensils. It can also be used for baking and even to create stoves from a piece of mold.
