Globular and fibrous proteins.

Globular proteins have complex tertiary and sometimes quaternary structures. They refolded into spherical shapes. On the other hand, fibrous proteins have little or no tertiary structure. They are long parallel polypeptide chains with occasional cross-linkages making up fibres.
