Meaning	Tubectomy is the surgical method of sterilization for female, where a small portion of the oviduct (fallopian tube) is appropriately tied.	Vasectomy is the surgical method of sterilization in males, where the small portion of the sperm duct is tied correctly.
Done in	Tubectomy is done in females.	Vasectomy is done in males.
Process	In this process, the fallopian tubes are separated and tied together.	Here the vasdeferencia of males are separated and tied together.
Result	It prevents the egg from meeting sperm.	It prevents the sperms from coming out.
