Solution

The correct option is D Morphogenesis
Morphogenesis is the process of differentiation of callus into root, shoot and vegetative parts under the influence of growth regulators by the process of cell differentiation.
Callus is treated with the growth hormones to allow the cell division and differentiation. Callus when treated with auxin it promotes rooting and when it is treated with cytokinin it stimulates cell maturation, differentiation and finally, promotes the development of stem. After formation of the stem, it differentiates into the different vegetative plant.
