increase in wheat production in Bihar:

Year 2001 2800×120100=3360 quintalsYear 20022700×125100=3375 quintalsYear 20032800×128100=3584 quintalsYear 20043800×135100=5130 quintals

Total new production = 3360 + 3375 + 3584 + 5130 + 2100 + 3800 + 3600 = 24949 quintals.
Total earlier production = 2800 + 2700 + 2800 + 3800 + 2100 + 3800 + 3600 = 21600 quintals

Increase = 24949 – 21600 = 3349 quintals

Average increase=33497quintalsRequired percentage increase33497216007×100=15.5%
