85 children went to an amusement park where they could ride on Roller-coaster, Giant wheel and Toy-train. 20 of them took all the three rides and 55 of them took at least two of three rides. Each ride costs Rs. 10 and total receipt of the amusement park from children was Rs. 1,450.

How many children did not try any of these rides?

The correct option is D 15

Total children = 85
Children took three rides = 20
Children took two rides
= 55 - 20 = 35
Money spent by 55 children
$=3\times 10\times 20+2\times 10\times 35-600+700$ = Rs. 1300
Number of children who took one ride
$=\frac{1}{10}(1450-1300)=15$
Number of children who did not take any ride
= 85 - (55 + 15) = 15
