Solution

The correct option is E The representatives from bank of Maharashtra and Syndicate Bank are immediate neighbours of each other
There are eight different Banks and their representatives. Each representative belongs to a different bank. All are facing the centre. F sits second to right of the representative from Canara Bank.

Representative of Bank of India is an immediate neighbour of the representative from Canara bank.
Bank of India–––––––––––––– Canara Bank–––––––––––––
Two people sit between representatives from Bank of India and B.

C and E are immediate neighbours of each other.
Neither C nor E is an immediate neighbour of either B or the representative from Carnara Bank.
Representative from Bank of Maharastra sits second to the right of D.
D is neither representative of Canara Bank nor Bank of India.
G and the representative from UCO Bank are immediate neighbours of each other.
B is not the representative of UCO Bank.
Only one person sits between C and the representative of Oriental Bank of Commerce.

H sits third to the left of the representative of Dena Bank.

Representative of Punjab National Bank sits second to left of the representative from Syndicate Bank.

C and E are neighbours but not a neighbour of B or the representative of Canara Bank.

We do not know the exact position of C and E. As D is not a neighbour of Canara Bank and also representative of Bank of Maharashtra is second to it's right.

H sits third to the left of the representative of Dena Bank, so only possibility is H should be from Canara Bank.

Punjab National Bank representative sits second to the left of the representative of Syndicate Bank.
We have only one possibility for these two banks with one gap. D will sit between the two banks

Now, we have only place for B that is with Syndicate Bank.

G is a neighbour of representative of UCO Bank, so only possibility for G is BOI and, so representative of UCO Bank will be F.
Thus in order to keep a space between C and the representative of Oriental Bank of Commerce, C should be a representative of Dena Bank. So, the final figure is

The representative from Bank of Maharashtra and Syndicate Bank are immediate neighbours of each other.
