Solution

  • The male reproductive system mainly consists of a pair of testes, two sperm ducts (vas deferens) and a penis.
  • The testes are found hanging outside the body. Male gametes called sperms are produced in the testes.
  • The two long tube-like structures going upwards and looping over the urinary bladder are the sperm ducts, also called vas deferens.
  • The long sperm duct joins backwards into another short tube-like structure called the ejaculatory duct.
  • This ejaculatory duct then enters into the next part called urethra.
  • The urethra then joins the spongy erectile organ called the penis.
