Discuss the Money Bill.

i) No money bill can be introduced in the Legislative Council.

ii) The Council has no power except to make recommendations within 14 days from the day of its receipt of the bill.

iii) The Legislative Assembly may accept or reject its recommendations.

iv) If a money bill is not returned within 14 days, it shall deem to have been passed in the form of which it was passed in the Assembly.
