$5\frac{5}{11}m$

Let the length of flagpole be $x$ m

Length of flagpole which is black $=\frac{1}{5}x$ m

Length of flagpole which is white $=\frac{1}{4}x$ m

Length of flagpole which is yellow $=3$ m

A.T.Q,

$\frac{1}{5}x+\frac{1}{4}x+3=x$

$⟹x-\frac{x}{5}-\frac{x}{4}=3$

$⟹\frac{20x-4x-5x}{20}=3$

$⟹11x=3\times 20$

$⟹x=\frac{60}{11}$

$⟹x=5\frac{5}{11}m$

$\therefore$ The length of flagpole $=5\frac{5}{11}m$
