=π/2π/2cos(x)1+exdx
I=π/2π/2cosx1+exdx
=π/2π/2excosx1+exdx ...(ii)
On adding Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get
2I=π/2π/2(1+ex)cosx(1+ex)dx
=π/2π/2cosxdx
=2π/20cosxdx
[Since, cosx is an even function.]
