The molar masses of P4S3, P4O10 and SO2 are 220 g/mol, 283.88 g/mol and 64 g/mol.
Thus, 220 g of P4S3 will produce 283.88 g of P4O10 and 3×64=192 g of SO2.

Thus, the minimum mass of P4S3 that is required to produce atleast 0.96 g of each product is 220192×0.96=1.1 g.
