Dissolve two spoons of common salt in half a cup of water. Now if you want to get the salt back, what will you do?

We can get back the salt we dissolved in water by two methods-​

​i) Either heating up the salted water in a pan on a burner- In this process, salted water present in a pan gets more heat and hence we get back salt quickly.​

​ii) Or keeping the salted water pan in the sun: This process needs more time for water to evaporate from the mixture of salt and water and is comparatively slow.
