Difference between domestic product and national product is than Net factor income from abroad is not taken into account while calculating Domestic product or Domestic Income. Nt factor income from abroad is added with Domestic Product to calculate the National Product or National Income.
Formula: Domestic Product+ Net Factor Income from abroad = National Product
