Energy resource are those things which can be converted to electrical power. These are fossil fuels, wind, water and solar power. It can be used to generate electricity.
Mineral resources are solid and crystalline substances which form in the interior of the Earth. These are marble, granite, limestone etc. Most of the things of our daily lives are made from these minerals.
