Distinguish between Exonucleases and Endonucleases.

Exonucleases are nuclease which cut off nucleotides from 5 or 3 ends of DNA molecule.
Endonucleases are nucleases which cleave DNA duplex at any point except the ends. Leading to blunt or sticky ends.
