Sr. No. Final Dividend Interim Dividend
1. Recommended by Board of director and declared by Shareholders in AGM Declared by board of directors and also recommended by them
2. Declared on the basis of final profit & Loss A/C as audited. Declared on the basis of performa profit & loss A/C (After providing Dep for full year)
3. Once declared in the AGM it cannot be reverted thereafter Once declared, it can be revoked thereafter
4. It is considered as a debt due from the company to its shareholder. It can not be considered as a debt due from company to its shareholders.
5. Once declared is shall be posted to shareholders within 30 days of declaration. Once declared, it is not required to be shareholders within 30days of declaration.
