1. It can be inherent in a society like languages,culture etc 1. It is created on the basis of colour ,caste etc.e.g black white division in US.
2. It can be diminished but not eradicated. 2. It can be eradicated.
3. It may or may not led to discrimination. 3. It always leads to discrimination.
