Solution

Dear student,
Answer is 16 strands.
After first replication two double stranded DNA will be formed, after second replication four double stranded DNA will be formed. After third replication 8 double stranded DNA will be formed. Thymine is incorporated in each strand as it is one of the four nitrogenous bases. The medium is radioactive therefore each strand will contain labelled thymine and total 16 strands of DNA is formed so 16 strand will contain labelled thymine.
