Let the first part =x. Then,
Second part = x-10
$\frac{Firstpart}{Thirdpart}=\frac{2}{5}\Rightarrow Thirdpart=\frac{5x}{2}$
Given, $x=x-10+\frac{5x}{2}=170\Rightarrow 2x+2x-20+5x=340\Rightarrow 9x=360\Rightarrow x=40$
$\therefore$ The three parts are 40, 40- 10 , 5 $\times \frac{40}{2}$, i.e. , 40, 30, 100
