Now
$4 x + 5 x = 6327$
$9 x = 6327$
$x = 703$
Now
Jhon gets $= 4 x$ $= 4 \times 703 = R s 2812$
Joseph gets $= 5 x$ $= 5 \times 703 = R s 3515$
Which is the required answer.
