Step 1 : Divide 3 hundreds by 3 i.e, 3÷3=1

Write 1 in the hundreds place of the quotient and write product 3, below the dividend in the hundreds place. 3-3=0

Step 2 : Bring down 6

6÷3=2

Write 2 in the tens place of the quotient and write product 6, below the dividend in the tens place. 6-6=0

Step 3 : Bring down 9

9÷3=3

Write 3 in the ones place of the quotient and write 9 below the dividend in ones place. 9-9=0
