$= \frac{6 x^{5} - 4 x^{4} + 8 x^{3} + 2 x^{2}}{2 x^{2}}$
$= \frac{2 x^{2} (3 x^{3} - 2 x^{2} + 4 x + 1)}{2 x^{2}}$
$= 3 x^{3} - 2 x^{2} + 4 x + 1$
$∴$ Quotient $= 3 x^{3} - 2 x^{2} + 4 x + 1$
and Remainder $= 0$
