Do a fish cry ?

Open in App
Solution

Dear student
Fishes do not cry because:
1. Fishes whole body is saturated in water, thus tears physiologically has no means as tears are meant of lubrication for eyes which fishes don't need.
2. Cerebral cortex of brain is involved in creation of emotions and produce tears , but fishes lack this organs. So they even can't produce tears.
