Do all eggs and sperms carry the same alleles? If not then how is it decided that which egg and sperm will carry what allele?

The alleles for the eggs of a female depend upon the genotype of the mother. If the mother is homozygous, than the alleles will be the same, however if the mother is heterozygous for a particular trait, than the gametes (eggs) will be different.
