Do all elements in the Periodic table have their own isotopic forms? Are all their mass numbers fractional?

Dear student

All elements in the periodic table do not have their isotopic forms. The elements which have same atomic no. and possess identical physical properties are only isotopes.
All their mass nos. need not be fractional. It depends on the proportion of each isotope present in the element.
