The quotient of two positive rational numbers is also positive integer.

0.8÷0.1=8

The quotient of two negative rational numbers is also positive integer.

(-2)÷(-0.25)=8

The quotient of one positive rational number and one negative rational number is negative integer.

-1÷12=-2

Hence,yes, the rules of dividing rational numbers are the same as that for integers.
