Solution

Virus:

  1. A virus is a submicroscopic infectious entity that can only replicate inside live cells .
  2. All forms of life, including bacteria and archaea, as well as animals and plants, are susceptible to virus infection.
  3. Viruses include both DNA and RNA as genetic material.
  4. DNA is a molecule with a lengthy chain of nucleotides that is double-stranded.
  5. RNA is a single-stranded molecule with a shorter nucleotide chain than DNA.
  6. It's important to note, though, that they can't have both at the same time – the protein coat can surround either DNA or RNA, but not both.
