Do you think diversity is a sign of weakness? explain the reasons for your answer

Diversity can lead to disunity and disintegration of a nation as diverse social groups may have their own interests and demands which they would like get under any circmstances.For this riots and fights may also occur leading to deaths and injuries.

But diversities are inevitable especially in a country like India where people of different social groups reside.Diversities can be a sign of weakness when there is absence of unity and tolerance.When interests and demands of all social groups are given equal priorities than unity prevails and diversity gets subsided.
