Do you think India has scope in handloom and handicrafts exports?

A developing country like India still does not have access to the markets of developed countries because of non-tariff barriers. Our country has removed all quota restrictions on the textile industry but developed countries like the USA have not removed quota restrictions on imports of textiles from India. In this situation,it is difficult to find scope in handlooms and handicrafts in India.
