Yes, the concrete jungle has degraded our environment. Earlier, we used to walk barefoot on overgrown grass, its morning dew tickling our feet. This was quite natural whereas walking on concrete pavements is not. It is as artificial as the processed food we eat. Trees, forests and lands have been destroyed to create this concrete jungle.
