Does cells of tapetum undergo meiosis and produce microsphere tetrads

Dear student.

No tapetum does not form tetrad.

Each anther contains four pollen sacs containing pollen mother cells. Each pollen mother cell undergoes meiosis and immediately after meiosis the young pollen grains are seen in a group of four called tetrads.
