Does Income and expenditure account record all types of cash & non cash transactions?

Dear student income and expenditure account records all the transactions related to the expenditures incurred by the business and the incomes gained by the business on accrual basis. Which means all the expenditures and incomes related to the current accounting period are to be recorded whether paid, received ,outstanding and accrued. Regards
