Does plasma membrane allows light? and is trasparent? Then how an its structure can be viewed through electron microscope? How can we see the cell organelles if the plasma membrane does no allows light?

No, plasma membrane do not allow the light to pass through it. Electron microscope with a beam of electrons scan the membrane but do not allow the beam to cross the membrane.
