Does thallophyta can produce sexually as well as asexually ?

Thallophyta do not have well differentiated body structure. They can be unicellular or multicellular, they comprise fungi, algae and lichens. Reproduction takes place by sexual, asexual and vegetative method of reproduction. Vegetative reproduction takes place by budding, fission and fragmentation etc. Asexual reproduction takes place by variety of motile and non motile spores. While sexual reproduction involves fusion of gametes to form zygote.
