Newton's law of gravitation states that every body attracts every other body in the universe with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.
Since, two astronauts acts as two body in space, therefore there will be a gravitational force in between them.
Hence, the force of gravitation does exist between two astronauts in space.
