(i) Draw a circle with centre O.
(ii) Mark a radius OA.
(iii) Draw an angle of ${105}^{\circ }$ at O with OA, $\angle AOC={105}^{\circ }$
(iv) Draw angle of ${90}^{\circ }$ at A and C whose arms cut at B.
(v) So, BC and BA are the required tangents with $\angle ABC={75}^{\circ }$
