It is not possible to draw a flowchart here. Here are some points about the political system of revolutionary France.
1. Immediately after the Revolution, a National Constituent Assembly was set up. This Assembly lasted from 1789 to 1791 and established a new Constitution for France. Under this Constitution, France was to be a constitutional monarcy.
2. In 1791-1792, the Legislative Assembly functioned under the new Constitution. However, its functioning was hampered by the lack of cooperation from the King.
3. As a result, the monarchy was abolished. France was declared a Republic and the National Convention was formed as the primary legislative body. The National Convention lasted from 1792 to 1795 and was tasked with the responsibility of drawing up a new republican Constitution for France.
4. The King was executed. Executive power came into the hands of the Committee of Public Safety under Robespierre. The Committee launched the Reign of Terror which lasted during 1793-1794.
5. From 1795-1799, the Directory ruled over France under the new Republican Constitution drawn up by the National Convention. The directory was succeeded by Napoleon Bonaparte taking over power in France in 1799.
