Step 1: Drawing a line AB of $8.4 c m$ and drawing its perpendicular bisector.

Draw a line segment AB of length $8.4 c m$ with the help of a ruler.

With distance more than half of AB and taking centers as A and B draw arcs on both side of line AB.

Join the points of intersection of arcs and at the point where this line intersects AB name it as O.

Step 2: Drawing a circle with AB as diameter

Put the pointed end of the compass on O and the tip of the pencil on A and B and trace the circle.

Step 3: Drawing triangle ABC and measuring $∠ A C B$

Mark a point C on the circle. Join C to A and C to B.

Measuring angle ACB with the help of the protractor, we get that, $∠ A C B = 90^{\circ}$ .
