In the figure,
Step-1 Draw a line segment $A B = 7.5 c m$

According to the question-
$2 x + 3 x = 7.5 c m$
$x = 1.5$

Step-2 Mark $5$ arcs of equal length of $1.5 c m$

Hence,
$A C = 2 \times 1.5 \Rightarrow 3.0 c m$
$B C = 3 \times 1.5 \Rightarrow 4.5 c m .$

Hence, this is the answer.
