STEP2:Take any point $S$ on $PQ$ ,at $S$, draw a ray $SX$ making an angle of $90°$.

STEP3:With $S$ as center and 4cm as radius draw an arc intersecting $SX$ at $R$.

STEP4:At $R$ draw a line $AB$ making an angle of $90°$ with $SR$.
