2. Draw the perpendicular bisector of PQ, which intersects PQ at M.
3. Now draw the perpendicular bisector of PM, which intersects PM atL
4. Now draw the perpendicular bisector of MQ, which intersects MQ at N.
5. PL = LM = MN = NQ, so these are four equal parts of PQ.
