Solution

Ovary:

Ovary is the site of production of gametes (ovum) in the female reproductive system. Hence label ‘a’ is ovary.

Fallopian tube:

The fallopian tube consists of three parts: infundibulum, ampulla and isthmus.

Fertilisation occurs at the ampulla of the fallopian tube. Hence the label ‘b’ is fallopian tube.

Site of implantation:

Blastocyst attaches to the inner lining (endometrium) of the uterus and this process is called implantation. Hence the label ‘c’ is uterus.

Birth canal:

Cervix along with vagina forms the birth canal. The baby passes through the birth canal during parturition. Hence label ‘d’ is birth canal.
