Scale- $20 m = 1 c m$
So,
$A R = 30 m = 1.5 c m$
$A Q = 80 m = 4 c m$
$A P = 120 m = 6 c m$
$A D = 150 m = 7.5 c m$
$P C = 60 m = 3 c m$
$R B = 40 m = 2 c m$
$Q E = 60 m = 3 c m$
The required plan is in given figure.
