(i) For a convex lens,when the object is kept between focus and optic center, the image is virtual, erect and magnified.

(ii) For a concave lens, when the object is kept anywhere but infinity, the image is formed beyond between focus and origin on the same side. The image formed is erect, diminished and virtual.

(iii) For a convex lens, when the object is kept at 2F, the image is formed at $2 F_{2}$ on the other side. The image formed is inverted, real and of the same size.
