Perimeter is 15 cm.
So length + breadth = 7.5 cm
Draw AB, a line segment of length 7.5 cm.

Draw AC from A, 4 + 3 = 7cm long.
Mark D on this line such that AD = 4 cm. Draw BC.
Draw a line parallel to BC and passing through D, which meets AB at E. Draw rectangle AEGF whose length as AE and breadth as EB.
