$1.$ Draw a line segment of appropriate length.

$2.$ Draw a perpendicular i.e. ${90}^{\circ }$ using compasses.

$3.$ draw a perpendicular with dotted line .

$4.$ then draw ${45}^{\circ }$ using compasses.

$5.$ then draw two arcs of radius from the point where you draw ${90}^{\circ }$

$6.$ Now using those arcs draw two more arcs such that they intersect at some point.

$7.$ Now, join the intersecting point with central point.
