Given numbers are

$\frac{2}{5},\frac{3}{5},\frac{8}{5},\frac{4}{5}$

Now, we can see that $\frac{2}{5},\frac{3}{4},\frac{4}{5}$ are all proper fractions and hence are less than 1. Therefore, they will lie between $0$ and $1$.To plot these 3 fractions, divide the number line from $0$ to $1$ in 5 intervals and number each interval.(as shown in the figure).

Now, we can clearly mark the required fractions.

Now, as for $\frac{8}{5}$, its can be represented as,

$\frac{8}{5}=1\frac{3}{5}=1+\frac{3}{5}$

This means that $\frac{8}{5}$ will lie between $1$ and $2$ on the number line. Same as above, we will divide the interval from $1$ to $2$ in 5 equal parts and will mark $\frac{3}{5}$.

Thus, all the required fractions have been located on the number line.
