It is clear that ${\sin }^{4}x$ is always positive, Curve will always be above $X$- axis

at $x=0$, ${\sin }^{4}x=0$

Similarly at $x=\frac{\pi }{2}$, ${\sin }^{4}x=1$

And $x=\frac{3\pi }{2}$, ${\sin }^{4}x=1$

And at $x=\pi$, ${\sin }^{4}x=0$
