The given equation is $\frac{2x+15}{3}=y-1$

$⟹2x+15=3y-3$

$⟹2x-3y=-18$ ........... $\left(i\right)$

Find the points

Plotting this points on graph we get the above image

Looking in the graph, we find that the line $\left(i\right)$ intersects the coordinate axis at $(-9,0)$ and $(0,6)$.
